I discovered Ergonomic Solutions Direct March 2019 when I was suddenly told that I’d be working from home for the foreseeable future. I used to have the odd work from home day beforehand where I would just sit at the kitchen table with my laptop but it quickly became clear that would not cut it! My back was aching and I needed more space. A quick look online led me to ESD, where I found a great selection of affordable office furniture with quick lead times. The delivery and installation team phoned ahead to let me know when they would deliver my desk and chair and reassured me of the COVID-secure procedures they are following. Now ten months on from my delivery, the desk and chair are still in fantastic condition. I have had no issues with the products, but feel confident that any problems would be dealt with quickly and professionally by the team at ESD. I am really happy with the level of service I received from Ergonomic Solutions Direct. The first thing that impressed me about this site compared to the rest was the fact they have a section called ‘Ergo-Find’ where you answer a few questions about yourself and it gives you a suitable chair dependent on the details you’ve entered. Secondly, I paid the extra £15 for ‘Ergo-Fit-Plus’ at checkout, which was defiantly a good decision! After reading more information on this service I found out that what my £15 is spent on is having someone come to my workplace and set up my chair for me. I told them my problem with my back and they fit the chair to aid this. Needless to say, it has improved my back pain loads! I will definitely be returning to Ergonomic Solutions Direct again.Â
